JICAMA
Jicama contains phosphorus, vitamin c, and calcium which are needed for clear skin and brighten skin. How to try? Peel the jicama, washes it clean, grated and squeezed water, and then wait for it to settle juice. The settle is called jicama quintessence. You can use it as a face mask. Let it dry and rinse your face with cold water.
AVOCADO
Avocados are the rich source of vitamin A which contributes in clearing dead skin cells from your skin. The avocado oil could moisturize your skin. The vitamin E contents in the avocado will soften and brighten your hair. How to try? For facial mask or body moisturizer, smashed the avocado, add a teaspoon of honey, and gently massage the paste onto your face or body. Let it remain for 20-30 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water. And then for the hair mask, blend the avocado with jojoba oil or olive oil into a fine smooth paste. Apply it on the hair then leave it for about 30 minutes. Wash your hair until it clear.
OATMEAL
Oats and fiber contents will clear and moisturize your skin. How to try? For an anti-acne cream, boil some oatmeal like usual and apply it on the affected area and rinse off after 15-20 minutes. And then for the body scrub, mix oatmeal with baking soda. Add a little bit of warm water leave it until it turns into a soft paste. Scrub it to your body for about 10 minutes and then rinse off your body.
HONEY
Honey is full of antioxidants, which are the great moisturizer for your skin, wrinkles, and aging skin. How to try? For facial mask, spread one teaspoon raw honey on your face, and leave it for about 15 minutes. Then rinse off. Do it regularly once a week to get a glowing face. And then for hair conditioner, mix honey with olive oil. Apply onto your hair as a conditioner, leave it for about 30 minutes, and then rinse off your hair.
BANANA
Banana contains vitamin B6. Vitamin C. vitamin E, potassium, and antioxidant that could help you treat you skin. Bananas protect our skin from free radicals and aging process. It makes your skin cleared, soften, and brighten. How to try? For anti-acne and black spot cream, mash banana with a spoon and mix1 tbsp milk and 1 tbsp oatmeal. Apply it on the affected area. For facial mask, smashed the banana and mix with olive oil, oatmeal, or strawberry. Apply onto your face, leave it for about 10-15 minutes then rinse off with lukewarm water. Do it regularly once a week.
